- Outreach and Recruitment in Baltimore City communities with high rates of unemployment
- Weekly training sessions on a variety of workplace topics: Leadership; Public private relationships; diversity; conflict; decision making; telling your story
- Case management and assistance finding resources – housing, mental health & substance abuse treatments, legal aid
- Assistance with resume creation and interview prep
- Employer relationships that facilitate participant application and review for employment
- Opportunities for civic engagement in community actions led by community leaders and organizers
- Retention services to follow participants for at least two years after employment to keep relationships with participants, encourage taking advantage of career advancement, and connecting with resources as needed
